GAZTEK INDIA exclusively provides services & products through this website domain only. “GAZTEK INDIA” has the sole and exclusive rights to sell Products under the “GAZTEK” brand and no other company or third-party has the right to sell under this trademark.

The terms “We, Our, Us” all completely and exclusively refer to “GAZTEK INDIA”. The terms “You, Your,” refers to the users

User Obligation

1) The users understand that the products & services rendered by us are specifically tailor-made for every project. The uesrs agree NOT to obtain the details of the services or products offered to other users given the extent of customization and that every project requirement is different. The users agree to INDEMNIFY us from any such claims.

2) The users agree to NOT post falsified comments about us or defame us in anyway in relation to any dispute or issues. The users should follow the guidelines mentioned in the Legal Jurisdiction section below to resolve any disputes or complaints they might have with us. 

3) Any users that have NOT recevied products or contracted services from us CANNOT post falsified information or defame us in any way. Any users found to do so will be sued, subject to the courts of Mumbai jurisdiction.

Limited Liability

1) All the information and statistics on the website from the use of our services are tested in a controlled scenario and are not binding by the exact numbers related to them. Since all the products and services offered by us are USER SPECIFIC, the performance of them depends entirely on the user.

2) The user agrees to operate the products and services in an appropriate manner as specified & directed by us. Any misuse or damage to the product or services caused by the user will solely be the resposibility of the user and as such we cannot be held responsible for any issues or complications arising out of such incidents.

3) All the products & services installations will be done by us. The user should not contract any other party or entity to do instllation of our products or services. Any damage, complications or issues arising from IMPROPER INSTALLATION of our products or services by the users will entirely be the resposibility of the users only.

All the users accessing our services and products are aware of these facts and agree to them when contracting us for a job.

Trademarks

GAZTEK INDIA (Company), GAZTEK (Brand), All PRODUCTS on the website, all PRODUCTS images on the website are all Intellectual Property (IP) owned and trademarked. Any attempts to copy or infringe on our intellectual property will be subject to legal jurisdiction. All other logos, images, videos and certain embedded content are properties of the respective owners.

Warranty

1) All warranty claims issued by us for our services are bound by our WORK CONTRACT & ANNUAL MAINTENENACE CONTRACT (AMC) with you. Our AMC contract is a customized, exclusive offering for maintenance and software upgrades of the services offered by us. You can choose to opt in for an AMC offering if you so desire.

2) All our Product warranty is specified as per the product listing. The user should follow the instructions on the product manual to activate the warranty.

3) All software upgrades of our products & services are performed by us. The users should not enlist any other person/s or entity to perform upgrade on our products or services. Any attempt to perform upgrades by the users themselves will be subject to WARRANTY VOID and will automatically INDEMNIFY us from any issues, complications or damage arising from the use of such products or services.

Third-Party Integration

We integrate third-party products from differernt companies to provide customization options for our users. All thrid-party product purchases and installations are done by the acceptance from the user and all such thrird-party products are subject to terms & conditions of the company offering that product. 

The users agree to INDEMNIFY us from any issues, complications or damages that might arise from these products or services.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes or complaints arising from the use of our website or other prioducts / services should be communicated to us at contact@gaztekindia.com

Any unresolved disputes or complaints will be subjected to the courts of Mumbai jurisdiction only.
